Write a Helm chart

Write a complete Helm chart for [Application] that includes a Deployment, Service, Ingress, ConfigMap, and HorizontalPodAutoscaler template. Parameterise the image repository and tag, replica count, resource requests and limits, ingress hostname and TLS configuration, and all application-specific environment variables. Provide a values.yaml with sensible production defaults, a values-dev.yaml for local development overrides, and a README documenting every configurable value.
