Introducing Queue 2.3
A major platform update featuring Agent Timelines, performance improvements, workflow templates, and enhanced workspace management.

This release introduces agent timelines, improved execution performance, workflow templates, and dozens of quality-of-life improvements across the platform.
Today, we're shipping Queue 2.3, our biggest platform update of the year.
This release focuses on three areas that customers have consistently asked for: performance, visibility, and workflow creation. Whether you're deploying your first agent or managing automation across your organization, Queue 2.3 makes it easier to understand what agents are doing and move from idea to execution faster.
Introducing Agent Timelines
One of the most requested features from teams was better visibility into agent activity.
With Agent Timelines, every run now includes a visual history of decisions, tool calls, file changes, and completed actions. Instead of reading through logs, teams can quickly understand how an agent approached a task and where time was spent during execution.
This makes debugging easier, improves transparency, and helps teams build confidence in autonomous workflows.
Significant performance improvements
We've made major improvements to the execution engine powering Queue.
Across customer workloads, agents now start faster, retrieve context more efficiently, and complete complex tasks with lower overall latency. These improvements are especially noticeable for workflows involving multiple tools, large repositories, and external integrations.
While performance work isn't always visible, it's foundational to making agents feel reliable and responsive in day-to-day use.
New workflow templates
Getting started with automation should be simple.
Queue 2.3 introduces a growing collection of workflow templates designed around common use cases such as code reviews, bug triage, documentation generation, release preparation, and customer support operations.
Templates provide a faster starting point while remaining fully customizable for your team's specific needs.
Better workspace management
This release also includes several improvements for teams managing larger deployments.
Workspace administrators can now organize resources more effectively, manage integrations from a centralized view, and gain better visibility into usage across agents and workflows.
These changes make Queue easier to operate as adoption grows within an organization.
Additional improvements
Queue 2.3 includes dozens of smaller improvements throughout the platform, including:
Faster run loading
Improved search performance
Better integration reliability
Enhanced error reporting
Improved API responses
New workspace settings
Refined onboarding experience
Together, these updates make the platform more stable, faster, and easier to use.
What's next
Queue 2.3 is another step toward our vision of making autonomous software practical for every team.
Over the coming months, we'll continue investing in agent capabilities, workflow automation, integrations, observability, and enterprise controls.
As always, we're grateful for the feedback from our customers and community that helps shape every release.
We're excited to see what you build next.
