1. Scope and Roles
This addendum applies where we process personal data on behalf of a customer. The customer acts as the controller and we act as the processor.
2. Processing Instructions
We process personal data only on documented instructions from the customer, unless required to do otherwise by applicable law.
3. Confidentiality
We ensure that personnel authorized to process personal data are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.
4. Sub-processors
We may engage sub-processors to support our services and remain responsible for their compliance with the obligations in this addendum.
5. Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing.
6. Data Subject Requests
We assist the customer in responding to requests from data subjects exercising their rights under applicable data protection laws.
7. Data Deletion
Upon termination of services, we delete or return personal data to the customer, unless retention is required by applicable law.
