About the Role
We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our core model team. You'll help design, train, and deploy the AI systems that power Queue's products, working closely with research, product, and infrastructure teams. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape how thousands of users interact with AI every day
Responsibilities
Design and maintain model training and fine-tuning pipelines.
Evaluate model quality across accuracy, latency, and safety benchmarks.
Collaborate with product teams to translate user needs into model requirements.
Build and improve retrieval, inference, and evaluation systems.
Stay current with the latest AI research and rapidly apply new techniques.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or JAX.
Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RLHF, or retrieval-augmented generation.
Familiarity with modern AI infrastructure and deployment workflows.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
