Product Designer

About the Role
We're hiring a Product Designer to shape every surface of our AI platform — from onboarding flows to complex workflows and data-rich interfaces. You'll own the design process end-to-end, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity designs. Working closely with product and engineering, you'll help define how users interact with Queue every day.
Responsibilities
Drive UX from discovery through delivery.
Conduct user research and translate insights into clear design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Maintain and evolve the design system.
Work closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Help shape the overall product experience and visual direction.
Requirements
3+ years of product design experience.
Expert-level Figma skills.
Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving.
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, and visual design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
