About the Role
As a Data Scientist on our AI team, you'll build the analytical systems that help us understand model performance, user behavior, and product health. You'll work closely with engineering, AI, and product teams to uncover insights, measure impact, and guide strategic decisions. From experimentation and evaluation to forecasting and reporting, you'll help transform complex datasets into clear, actionable intelligence.
Responsibilities
Analyze product, user, and model performance data.
Design experiments and measure the impact of new features.
Build dashboards, reporting systems, and internal analytics tools.
Develop metrics to evaluate AI models and product health.
Partner with product and engineering teams to inform decision-making.
Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical analysis.
Experience working with large datasets and modern analytics tools.
Strong understanding of experimentation, metrics, and data modeling.
Experience evaluating AI systems or LLM datasets is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
