Content Strategist

About the Role
We're hiring a part-time Content Strategist to own and evolve Queue's brand voice across our blog, product copy, website, social channels, and email campaigns. You'll work closely with product, marketing, and leadership to turn complex AI concepts into content that is approachable, accurate, and compelling. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands technology, and can create content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Write and edit content for blogs, product launches, social media, email, and web pages.
Translate complex AI and technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams on messaging and campaigns.
Create content that supports awareness, adoption, and customer education.
Help shape Queue's overall content and communication strategy.
Requirements
3+ years of content, editorial, or marketing experience, ideally at a technology company.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Ability to simplify technical topics without losing accuracy.
Experience creating content across multiple formats and channels.
Strong attention to detail and editorial judgment.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
