Terraform
An infrastructure-as-code tool that lets teams define and provision cloud resources using declarative config.
Overview
Terraform is the industry-standard infrastructure-as-code tool by HashiCorp. It lets engineering teams define cloud resources in declarative configuration files and provision them consistently across AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and hundreds of other providers.
The Terraform integration for Queue allows AI agents to trigger infrastructure changes, monitor apply runs, and manage workspace state — enabling fully automated, agent-driven infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management.
How it works
Queue provides prebuilt Terraform workflows that connect AI agents to your infrastructure provisioning and state management processes.
Workspace Runs
Trigger Terraform Cloud and Terraform Enterprise workspace runs from agent actions — automatically planning and applying infrastructure changes as part of deployment and provisioning workflows.
State Inspection
Allow agents to query Terraform state to understand current infrastructure topology — using resource outputs and state data to inform decisions in connected workflows.
Drift Detection
Schedule agents to detect infrastructure drift by comparing live state to declared configuration — automatically triggering remediation runs or alerting teams when resources fall out of sync.
Configure
Open the Queue dashboard and navigate to Integrations
Search for Terraform and select the integration
Generate a Terraform Cloud API token and connect your organization
Select the workspaces and projects you want Queue to trigger and monitor
Configure run policies, approval gates, and AI agent workflows for your infrastructure pipeline
