Automatically classify and route New Relic alerts to the right team with AI-generated summaries and suggested fixes.

Configure

1. Open the Queue dashboard and navigate to Integrations

2. Search for New Relic and select the integration

3. Generate a New Relic User API key and paste it into Queue

4. Select the accounts and entities you want Queue to monitor

5. Configure alert policies, incident rules, and AI agent workflows
