Confluence
A team wiki and knowledge base where organizations document processes, decisions, and institutional knowledge.
Overview
Confluence is Atlassian’s team wiki and knowledge management platform. Organizations use it to document processes, capture decisions, and share institutional knowledge — creating a central, searchable source of truth for teams of all sizes.
The Confluence integration for Queue allows AI agents to create and update pages, retrieve documentation, and organize knowledge spaces automatically — keeping your team’s wiki accurate without requiring manual maintenance.
How it works
Queue provides prebuilt Confluence workflows that integrate AI agents into your documentation and knowledge management processes.
Page Generation
Automatically create Confluence pages from agent outputs — turning incident reports, meeting notes, and technical specs into structured documentation as soon as they’re produced.
Knowledge Retrieval
Allow agents to search and read from your Confluence spaces — using runbooks, policies, and technical documentation as context to inform smarter, more accurate agent decisions.
Space Organization
Organize pages into the correct spaces and parent structures automatically — so documentation created by agents always lands in the right place without manual filing.
