How it works

Queue provides prebuilt AWS workflows that integrate AI agents directly into your cloud operations and infrastructure automation.

Lambda Invocation

Trigger AWS Lambda functions from agent actions — running serverless code on demand as part of event-driven workflows without managing underlying infrastructure.

Infrastructure Automation

Manage EC2 instances, ECS tasks, and S3 operations programmatically from Queue agents — automating provisioning, scaling, and cleanup across your cloud environment.

Ops Monitoring

React to CloudWatch alarms and AWS EventBridge events in real time — triggering remediation workflows automatically when your infrastructure encounters issues.

Configure

1. Open the Queue dashboard and navigate to Integrations

2. Search for AWS and select the integration

3. Create a dedicated IAM user or role for Queue and generate access credentials

4. Attach the minimum required IAM policies for the services Queue needs to access

5. Configure service permissions, region settings, and AI agent workflows for your cloud infrastructure
